  • For arrivals: flight tracking and pick-up inside the terminal

     We track your flight to Munich in real time and automatically adjust your pick-up time if needed.

Frequently asked questions about airport transfers

 Ideally at least 24 hours before departure, so we can plan your journey carefully and ensure everything runs smoothly. 

 Yes – you will receive a transparent fixed price in advance, based on your route and travel details.
Once confirmed, there are no hidden charges or additional payments. 

 

We track your flight in real time and automatically adjust your pick-up time if necessary.
Up to 60 minutes of waiting time is included. If your arrival is delayed beyond that, any additional waiting time will be charged fairly and transparently. 

Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal directly after baggage claim, holding a name sign.
Please do not leave the terminal on your own. Your chauffeur will escort you to the vehicle. 

 

Yes – in addition to Munich Airport, we also provide transfers to other airports such as Memmingen (Allgäu Airport) or Frankfurt.
