Frequently asked questions about Antares airport transfer

How early should I request an airport transfer?

Ideally at least 24 hours before departure, so we can plan your journey carefully and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes – you will receive a transparent fixed price in advance, based on your route and travel details.
Once confirmed, there are no hidden charges or additional payments.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time and automatically adjust your pick-up time if necessary.
Up to 60 minutes of waiting time after landing is included. If your arrival is delayed beyond that, any additional waiting time will be charged fairly and transparently.

Where will I be picked up at the airport?

Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal directly after baggage claim, holding a name sign.
Please do not leave the terminal on your own. Your chauffeur will escort you to the vehicle.

Do you also provide transfers to airports other than Munich (MUC)?

Yes – in addition to Munich Airport, we also provide transfers to other airports such as Memmingen (Allgäu Airport) or Frankfurt.
