Many services that cost extra elsewhere are part of the Antares service standard. Professional helpfulness is a matter of course for us. We want your journey to be relaxed and for you to feel completely at ease.

That is why these services are included with every booked journey – without you having to request them separately.

Luggage service & support along the way

Our chauffeurs assist you with carrying, loading and securing your luggage – whether suitcases, bags or prams. Courtesy, helpfulness and a respectful manner are standard at Antares. This is how your journey begins calmly and without rush.

For your seamless experience, our service team is available to our clients 24/7 in the background and takes care of any requests that may arise during your journey.

Free mineral water on board

For your refreshment, mineral water is available in every vehicle – free of charge, simply as part of our service standard.

Flight tracking & 60 minutes of free waiting time included

We monitor your flight in real time and automatically adjust the pick-up if anything changes. If your landing is delayed, your chauffeur will wait for up to 60 minutes at no extra cost. Should it take longer, we only charge for the actual additional time – fair and transparent.

Meet & greet at the airport

We do not simply pick you up – we welcome you personally. After landing, your chauffeur will be waiting with a name sign (or your company name) directly in the terminal, immediately after baggage claim. This means you do not have to find your way out alone and will be accompanied personally to the vehicle.

Of course, we also take care of your luggage – for a professional first impression and a calm arrival without rush.

Photo stops and short stopovers

Travel is sometimes about capturing the moment. Our chauffeurs are happy to stop for a photo, a short break or a spontaneous stopover – as long as it fits your schedule.

English-speaking chauffeurs

German and English are standard at Antares. International guests can communicate easily at any time – whether at airport pick-up or on the way to their appointment.

We want your journey to be exactly right for you and your needs - regardless of whether you are travelling privately, on business, with children or with a lot of luggage. That's why you can book our extras for your journey free of charge.

Child seats and baby seats in various sizes

For safe travel with children, we provide suitable child seats and baby seats and prepare them in the vehicle before pick-up. This allows children to travel comfortably and securely..

Transport of bulky and oversized luggage

Whether large suitcases, sports bags or travel equipment, we plan the right vehicle so that your luggage can be stored safely. We can also transport multiple items or oversized luggage at no extra charge – ideal for holidays or longer stays. To ensure we allow enough space, please let us know in advance.

Bicycle transport

For bicycle transport, we provide sufficient space and secure fastening in the vehicle. This allows you to bring your bike along easily – for example for a day trip, a cycling tour in the surrounding area or flexible mobility at your destination. For airport transfers, we kindly ask you to ensure that the bicycle is packed appropriately for air travel.

Ski transport

For winter journeys, we reserve sufficient storage space for ski or snowboard bags and secure your equipment safely in the vehicle. Please bring your skis or snowboard packed in suitable bags in advance – so everything remains clean, protected and well stored.

Wi-Fi in the vehicle

Whether business emails, a video call on the way to an appointment or quickly looking up travel information – with our Wi-Fi, you stay connected throughout the journey. Particularly useful for business travellers, international guests and anyone who would like to stay up to date while on the move.

Mobility assistance

If you need a little support on the way to the vehicle, we are happy to help. On request, our chauffeurs can accompany you to your front door, assist with safely navigating steps or slippery paths and take care of your luggage completely. This additional support is especially helpful for older guests or people with temporary limitations, for example after an injury or during pregnancy. To allow enough time, please let us know in advance.

Temporary company branding

Our vehicles are intentionally kept neutral – without signage or striking design – to protect your privacy and ensure maximum safety and discretion.

If you wish, we can temporarily add your company branding – for example during trade fair weeks, conferences, hotel shuttles or guest programmes for important business partners.

Some occasions call for more details and comfort. That is why we offer additional services that make your journey even more personalised – from small thoughtful touches to more extensive support in planning your day. Simply add these services according to your needs.

Travelling with pets

Your pet is very welcome with us – please bring a suitable transport carrier to ensure the journey remains safe and comfortable for everyone.

After each journey with animals, we thoroughly clean the vehicle and neutralise any possible residues. This ensures that guests with allergies or sensitivities can also travel safely and comfortably on the next journey.

Extended selection of drinks and snacks

If you wish, we can equip your vehicle with an extended selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks or light refreshments.

Ideal for longer journeys, tight schedules or guests travelling on directly from a flight or appointment. This way, you remain well catered for on the move – without detours or additional effort on your part.

Multilingual chauffeurs / interpreter services

Whether for an international meeting or a mixed travel group, we provide multilingual chauffeurs or interpreters who can support you not only during the journey but, on request, beyond it as well.

For example, your chauffeur may accompany you to hotel check-in, assist with interpretation during a business meeting or provide linguistic support for your guests when attending an event. This ensures a smooth process, avoids misunderstandings and allows you to focus entirely on your occasion.

Tour guide / travel accompaniment

For day trips or sightseeing drives, we can arrange experienced tour guides who share insights about landmarks, history and the surrounding area during the journey. Without fixed programme points, but with in-depth background knowledge – ideal for guests who truly wish to explore the region and its culture.

Our tablets with films, series, games or children’s programmes make longer journeys more enjoyable – ideal for families or travel groups.

Coordination service / concierge support

Sometimes it’s the small organisational details at your destination that can make a day unnecessarily complicated. This is exactly where we support you – for example with restaurant reservations, ticket bookings or coordination with event venues.

Simply tell us what you have planned – we will take care of the details quietly in the background.

Gift and flower service

If you would like to surprise someone or need a small gesture on your way to an appointment, we will be happy to arrange it for you.

Bouquets, welcome gifts or personalised gift baskets – we organise everything before you step into the vehicle.

Pick-up directly at the GAT or in the VipWing (landside)

If you arrive by private flight at Munich Airport (MUC), we can pick you up directly at the GAT (General Aviation Terminal) or in the VIP Wing (landside), upon request.

Meeting point, timing and access details will be arranged with you in advance – so your chauffeur will be waiting punctually at the agreed location.

Thanks to this direct pick-up, the way to your vehicle is especially short, discreet and seamless. Ideal for high-profile guests, tight schedules and increased security requirements.

Terminal assistance (including check-in)

Airports can feel overwhelming and stressful. That is why we are happy to stay by your side – from arrival, through check-in, all the way to the security checkpoint.

Upon request, we can also arrange gate assistance at Munich Airport (e.g. Meet & Assist), where available for your flight.

This way, you can move through the airport calmly and comfortably, without having to worry about procedures or logistics.
