No. Your request is non-binding. Your chauffeur service will only be booked once you confirm the quotation we send you by email.
In most cases, you will receive your quotation shortly after your request – often on the same day. For more complex journeys or if we have any questions, we will contact you personally to clarify all details carefully.
Price & quotation
Our chauffeur services are individually tailored and depend on the route, vehicle class, time frame and selected additional options. To ensure that you only pay for the services you truly require, we deliberately avoid inflexible flat rates.
You will receive the price together with your quotation by email following your request – often on the same day. The quotation clearly and transparently lists all requested services.
Yes. The price stated in your quotation is a fixed price. Once you confirm, no additional charges will arise for the agreed chauffeur services.
Payment & invoicing
You can conveniently pay in advance by bank transfer or via payment link, or on the day of the service in cash or by card.
For corporate clients, we also offer the option to pay by invoice after the service has been provided.
Payment is only due after you have confirmed your quotation. Your request alone does not trigger any payment obligation.
Yes. For business clients, we offer payment by invoice after the service has been provided. Consolidated invoicing for multiple journeys or events is also available.
Changes & cancellation
In many cases, smaller adjustments can be accommodated. We recommend informing us as early as possible so that we can adapt the planning accordingly.
Free cancellation is possible up to 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Further details can also be found in our terms and conditions.
