How does payment work?
Your request is non-binding. Payment is only due after you have confirmed the quotation. You can conveniently pay in advance by bank transfer or via payment link, or on the day of the service in cash or by card.
For corporate clients, we also offer payment by invoice after the service has been provided.

No. Your request is non-binding. You will receive a tailored quotation including the price. Your chauffeur service will only be booked once you confirm the quotation.
You will receive the price together with your quotation following your request. As our chauffeur services are individually planned and tailored to your requirements, we do not publish fixed rates on our website.
Instead, your price is calculated specifically for your journey and sent to you in advance as a fixed quotation. Once confirmed, there are no additional charges.
In most cases, you will receive your quotation promptly – often on the same day as your request.
Yes. After confirming your quotation, you may cancel your journey free of charge up to 3 hours before pick-up.
Please note our special cancellation terms for tours and sightseeing drives: due to coordination with partner services (such as ticket purchases or restaurant reservations), tours and sightseeing drives can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up.
